Return Process

    Tell us what you didn't like about the flavor profile or roast level so our experts can refine your taste profile for future matches.

    Receive a Replacement

    For qualifying returns under our First Bag Guarantee, we will ship out a different curated bag of specialty coffee at no additional cost to you.

    Dispose or Donate

    Since coffee is a perishable food item, we do not require you to mail the original bag back; we encourage you to share it with a friend or compost the grounds.
